There’s nothing typical about the cooking classes at Signorelli Gastronomia — we aim to be different. However, you can say that our classes fall into four broad styles.
You will be involved in the cooking process from start to finish (and will need to wear enclosed, comfortable shoes; remove your jewellery and tie back your hair). The class includes tastings and a glass of wine.
Our chef, guest chef or presenter, demonstrates recipes in front of the class. The class includes tastings and a glass of wine.

DO YOU SERVE FOOD IN THE CLASSES?
Yes. On arrival you’ll receive a glass of prosecco (a northern Italian sparkling wine) and can graze on the infamous Signorelli Gastronomia antipasto platter. Plus, most classes offer tastings and the Chef’s table classes include a meal.
